All orders are shipped via select freight, UPS Ground or US Priority Mail carriers, based on our $15.95 flat-rate policy. All shipping options cover the lower 48 states and arrive as quickly as 2-5 business days. Most orders over $200 ship out the same business day! We can also ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska for an additional charge. We currently do not ship internationally. Items excluded from our flat rate shipping policy may include hazardous materials, bulky or oversized packages. Any orders that contain items that do not qualify for our flat-rate policy are notified and additional shipping is collected at that time, if necessary. Items excluded from this program are determined by the manufacturer and may vary at any time.
All damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please try to use a USPS-qualified physical address for all orders. PO Box delivery is available but will add a small delay to your delivery, as materials must be gathered and repacked for USPS shipment.
Ordered the wrong item? No problem! Most items that are still new, unused, and undamaged can be returned with a mandatory 15% restocking fee if returned within 30 days of purchase. Items not eligible for return include Hardware Items, Decals, Rubber-based products such as Tires and Belts, Electrical Components such as Ignition Modules and Wiring Harnesses, etc. All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA) that can be obtained by phone (866-753-2622) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org). The original purchaser is responsible for any return freight or insurance to our RMA center, as well as to the manufacturer, if necessary. Shipping charges are not refundable. All RMA processes (claim, delivery of the part to RMA center, completion of tracking, and delivery to manufacturer) must be completed within 30 days of original delivery or your claim will no longer be valid.
